Green N Clean is the first and only laundry in Singapore that washes with a 100% wet cleaning technology. There is no need for dry cleaning since we can confidently handle all kinds of delicate materials including wool, silk, and leather. Items washed using wet cleaning methods are proven to be cleaner, fresher, and without the usual misconception of shrinkage and distortion.

We actively promote and educate the public to switch to wet cleaning, a safer method of processing delicate items. Items wet cleaned are safe for the consumer since only water and bio-degradable detergents are used during the process.

We use the state-of-the-art washer extractors that are fully computerised and programmed to effectively control all parameters that are critical for wet cleaning. The tumbler dryers are also computer-controlled to ensure that the garments and articles are dried in a manner with the residual moisture retention we desire. This contributes to the excellent finish of our customers' garments which is the hallmark of Green N Clean.

The detergents we use for both the laundry and wet cleaning process are from Seitz, a leader in the development of the wet cleaning process. The precise amount of detergents are injected into the washer extractor using pumps, thus ensuring a highly accurate wash formulation which is especially crucial to the success of wet cleaning.

We have a strict set of procedures to handle your garments from receiving to dispatching. Garments received at the counter are subject to a first round of inspection over an illuminated glass panel. Damage or stains can be quickly spotted and customers are informed prior to transaction. Customers will be issued with a receipt which is fully computerised with bar coding. Garments are then identified with washable bar coding tags to fully enable the tracking of items at every step from receiving to dispatching. This system also ensures that the customers' garments do not get mixed up or lost.

Garments are next subject to another round of inspection in the production area. Stains found are removed with a Spotting Table and Seitz spotting agents. Items washed and dried are finished on a professional ironing board with live steaming, a heated board, and vacuum. Finished items are packed and temporarily stored in a garment conveyor. The garments can be automatically retrieved when customers present their receipt at the issuing counter.
